WHERE EVERY STORY BEGINS

They say every storyteller begins with a blank page,
I think they begin with a question that follows them from age to age.

Mine have never been about having
all the answers to reveal,
But uncovering the hidden places where
our souls can quietly heal.
The conversations left unspoken,
the chapters carried through,
The pieces of ourselves we keep from everybody's view.
The words we've longed to whisper but
never found a way,
Simply because no one taught us it was safe to say.

Perhaps that's why I found myself falling in love with both psychology and the stage,
One taught me how we think, and the other
gave those thoughts a page.
Some truths arrive through conversation,
while others prefer disguise,
Waiting patiently for an alter ego to help us
see through different eyes.

Invite Only was never imagined as a production
to simply perform,

It's always been a sanctuary where curiosity could
become the norm.

A place where questions mattered more than
pretending we knew,
And every story invited us to become somebody new.

I've always believed we learn best through
the stories that we feel,
Because the lessons we often carry are the ones
that help us heal.

A beautifully told story has a way of opening doors
we never knew were there,
Giving language to self-worth, intimacy,
and the moments we're afraid to share.

So this little sanctuary became my typewriter,
where honesty and imagination meet.
A place where artists feel protected, audiences feel seen, and every invitation is complete.
